First: What is a Pineal Gland? Why does it matter?

I urge you just to try removing some of this list from your life and see what the effects are on your person. That’s it. Just a trial.

1. Gossip
   • It’s untrue, you believe it to be true. But this is not the danger. The danger is that gossip cuts you off from Self, it is a destruction of your creation energy, and creates more negative emotion for all parties involved.
   • The real dangerous ones are ones deemed seemingly innocent, because they are silent and yet incredibly deadly toward the root of a person’s identity.
2. Alcohol
   • The most prevalent dark spirit on Earth.
   • “Matrix Juice”, it reduces inhibitions and destroys perception. Keeps you dumb. Millions use it daily. It’s deemed “safe” and sold on every street corner in the world. It’s used to run from that which you must confront.
   • It’s addictive as fuck, not only physically, but in social circles. Quit drinking, then count your friends again.
   • More deadly than all other drugs combined.
   • Here is the worst part: It keeps you from knowing yourself. You’ll never look inside if you keep numbing and running at the slightest feeling of discomfort.
     THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR JOURNEY. The pain is the gift. The pain is the teacher. The pain shows you what is real and what is important. Without the pain, a person will be lost and purposeless, seeking out dopamine and pleasure for its own sake.
     A purposeless human might as well be in a living hell.
3. Passing Blame
   • You are a sovereign being. You have arms and legs, a voice, and a brain. If you don’t like something – change it.
     If you can’t change it, move your body elsewhere.
     If you can’t move, look at the situation differently.
     If you can’t see things differently, try a different way.
   • You are in charge of your outcomes. Life truly begins when a person takes full responsibility for their own.
